Thomas W. Xenakis Vice President, Finance Mr. Xenakis was a member of the original management team and previously served on the Board of Directors of Capture Resource. As VP of Finance, Mr. Xenakis has and continues to provide timely and accurate analyses of budgets, financial reports and financial trends of the business; developing appropriate processes, procedures and tools; evaluating financial and operating metrics to effectively manage the business; ensuring the financial and management information systems are producing accurate, and useful information. In addition to his financial management responsibilities, Mr. Xenakis also oversees Human Resources, payroll, and benefit administration. Prior to Capture Resource, Mr. Xenakis was the senior financial officer for various transaction-based organizations including QuestPoint, CashFlex, Christofle Silver, and W.E.F.A., Inc. Mr. Xenakis has both his MBA in Finance and BS in Accounting from LaSalle University.. |
